“Fair Use” controversy: illustrator Chris Buzelli vs CBS writer Dana Blankenhorn
Chris Buzelli discovered that his artwork was being used without permission to illustrate an opinion piece on CBS Interactive’s Smart Planet by Dana Blankenhorn. The picture has now been removed, but not without some reservations from Mr. Blankenhorn which continue to raise some ire among illustrators. Inevitably, the argument has spilled over into Twitter.
